Growth, real growth, where beneficial changes occur, improvements, to the life of one or many, to a people or culture, to society, to humanity as whole, have never been the work of any single individual. Discoveries are built on the foundations of all that has come before, learning is the growth of knowledge from simple observations to complex theories proven by teams working toward discovery.

Progress, true progress, is the work of those who plant the seed, water the seed, care for the seed, nurture and feed it, to give us, all of us, access to the tree of knowledge.

Growth, progress, discovery. These are not just words to read in a prospectus, to gain your investment, to make this company or that more profitable. They are the goals, the aims, the ideals of what we enable for ourselves and each other.

As each of us grows, progresses, discovers more of this wondrous universe, the more we can share and contribute to the family that is humanity, and truly make our world a better place.
